Ready To Rock (weekly playlists)

What a mess of a past couple of weeks.

Major computer issues kept me from doing much of anything last week and then when Frankenputer got at least a temporary reprieve, I discovered that the latest “update” by YouTube had largely broken the ability to maintain, manage, or even view large playlists (more on that in a minute)

Over the two weeks, six songs in & six songs out, still three songs that should be included still missing from Spotify.

Missing songs this week:
House Of The Rising Sun – Five Finger Death Punch, One Pill – Flash Lightnin, How To Be A Human – Powerman 5000

New to the Spotify list this week
Take The Bullets Away – We As Human, Black – Sevendust

Added to the Spotify list last week
Hungry – Three Years Hollow, Die & Rise – Lacuna Coil, Come Home – Relentless Flood,
Rise Up – Saliva

Dropping off the Spotify list this week
Stardust – Gemini Syndrome, Retribution Blues – One Bad Son

Dropping off the Spotify list last week
Always – Killswitch Engage, No One Fits – Airbourne, Slow Suicide – Scott Stapp,
Right Back At It Again – A Day To Remember

For the larger (nearly 200 songs) YouTube version there’s over a dozen new songs added this week including the aforementioned track from Powerman 5000, new Metallica, the second single from Scott Stapp’s solo album, the next single from Heaven’s Basement,  and a lot more.  You can find it at this link

At the moment it appears that YouTube has managed to repair at the damage they did to their playlist feature, you’ll just need to make use of the “Load More” button at the bottom of the after the first 80 songs in order to see the entire playlist (additional songs may not be accessible on mobile devices)

Also, if you’re wondering exactly how all of this gets put together – the hows & whys of it – this recent blog entry probably explains more than you ever wanted to know.
